About these terms

These terms apply to ready-to-wear orders and bespoke commissions placed through this website with Duvanni Apparel. By placing an order or accepting a quote you agree to them.

Ready-to-wear orders

• Prices. Prices are shown in naira, pounds, euros and US dollars. Each currency has its own set price, so the price is the one shown in the currency you choose, not a live conversion.
• Placing an order. Your order is a request until we confirm payment. We contact you by WhatsApp or email with payment details.
• Availability. Stock is limited. If an item sells out before payment is confirmed, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
• Payment. Your order is confirmed and prepared once payment is received.

Bespoke commissions

• Consultation. A bespoke commission starts with an enquiry and a consultation, in person, by video or on WhatsApp.
• Quote. After the consultation we send a written quote showing the price, the deposit, the estimated completion date and the number of fittings. A quote is valid until the date shown on it.
• Deposit. Production begins when the deposit shown on your quote is received. The balance is due before delivery.
• Changes. You can ask for changes to a quote before you accept it. Once production has started, changes may affect the price and the completion date.
• Measurements. We cut to the measurements taken or supplied. Please make sure they are accurate.
• Timing. Completion dates are estimates. We will tell you promptly if one changes.

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria and ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost depend on where you are and are confirmed before you pay. Please see the Shipping and returns page for details. Customers abroad are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

Returns and refunds

Because bespoke pieces are made to your measurements, they cannot normally be returned unless there is a fault or the piece does not match the agreed quote. For ready-to-wear items, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as your order arrives if there is a problem. We will put right any item that arrives faulty or not as described.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text and logo on this website belong to Duvanni Apparel. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to make and deliver every piece as agreed. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order or commission is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
